Since 1992 I have worked as a leader and Executive in the nonprofit field of mental health, human services and social services. My specialization spans many areas, including organizational development, management, developing programs, quality program improvement and training. I have travelled throughout the United States as a Council on Accreditation (COA) Peer Reviewer auditing organizations’ programs and high quality systems. Being a COA reviewer and a part of several key Bay Area Agency leadership teams since 1995 has allowed unique insight and a strong understanding of management "best practice standards."

I am certified in the ToP (Technology of Participation)® where I can help groups
think, talk and work together by providing facilitation that uses methods to help:
